1. Overview Blackjack Millionaire (“the App”) is a single-player blackjack training simulator developed by Curtis Apps. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect The App collects limited technical data through Base44, our hosting and backend platform, solely to operate the App. This includes: (a) Device identifiers and session tokens stored locally to maintain app state; (b) App interaction data (e.g. screens visited, features used) for app functionality and performance monitoring; (c) Crash logs and diagnostic data to identify and fix technical issues. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, audio, financial information, health data, or any other personally identifiable information. No account or login is required to use the App.

4. Game Data (Stored Locally) Your game progress, bankroll, statistics, and settings are stored entirely on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

5. Third-Party Services The App is hosted on Base44 (base44.com), which may collect session and usage data for app functionality and analytics. All communication is encrypted in transit. See base44.com/privacy for details. No other third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or data brokers are used.

6. In-App Purchases One-time purchases are processed entirely through Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive, store, or process any payment card information. All billing is handled by Google or Apple on your behalf.

7. No Real Money or Gambling The App does not involve real money, gambling, or wagering of any kind. All bankroll figures and chips are simulated and have no monetary value.

8. Data Retention Session and diagnostic data collected through Base44 is not tied to a persistent user identity and is automatically purged within 90 days. Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App.

9. Children’s Privacy The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. No personal information is required to use the App, making it safe for all ages.

10. Your Rights Since we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about data held by Base44, you may contact us and we will assist in directing your request appropriately.

11. Changes to This Policy If we make material changes to this privacy policy, the updated version will be published within the App and on our support page, with a revised “Last updated” date.
